There are a complete large amount of claims being made about cannabis’ medical properties. It can help to have helpful information who’s first-hand experience can act as a starting point for education as we wait for the technology — and reporting — to separate the fact from fiction.
Kim Ess, an educator interested in natural methods to health, is doing simply that and would like to help teach women how cannabis can help them live better lives.
“With adult-use (recreational) legalization beingshown to people there, I started to pursue studies in cannabis for health insurance and wellbeing in my time that is free at start of last year,” Ess told Daily Hive. “Now, through programs at Tula Holistic training, I help women learn to utilize cannabis alongside other holistic practices, to relieve discomfort that is chronic anxiety and burnout, so they can live healthier, more energetic, and satisfying everyday lives.”
